Our menus

Our gourmet restaurant in Burgundy serves a selection of refined dishes in two menus: The Traditional Menu and the Comtesse de Fleurville Menu. Both are inspired by a rich and subtle mix of local flavours: foie gras, Bresse pigeon, Charolais meat, langoustines, Burgundy cheeses and gourmet desserts. You may also choose a la carte.
Alain Ducasse has honoured our restaurant with membership of "Tables Remarquables", part of the "bonnes tables" accreditation.

In the heart of Burgundy, the restaurant at Le Château de Fleurville is sure to delight with its generous, unfussy cuisine. Chef Sébastien Di Noto composes a gourmet menu inspired by local, seasonal produce. A subtle marriage of local ingredients and flavours from further afield flourishes in an array of colourful dishes. So share a gourmet meal for two, or among family and friends. To accompany your meal, choose from a selection of regional and French wines. In summer, the terrace beckons with delightful views of the park.

The restaurant is only open at dinner time; reservations are required.

The chef

Before returning to his native Burgundy, the chef at Château de Fleurville, Sébastien Di Noto, earned his stripes in a number of prestigious establishments. After working in Luxembourg, Belgium and Ireland, he settled in Provence, at L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue where he was awarded a Michelin star at restaurant Le Vivier. Today, in the heart of Saône-et-Loire he focuses his talent and experience on the gourmet cuisine of Burgundy, and has been doing so for the past ten years, to the delight of our patrons!
